Return Policy

INDIE DARLING DESIGN RETURN POLICY

If you are looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within thirty (30) days of purchase. You can return you product for a different product or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

1. Reply to indiedarlingdesign@gmail.com to request which products you would like to return
2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email
3. Send all items back to us using the label provided

For incorrect or products received damaged during shipment:

1. Reply to indiedarlingdesign@gmail.com within twenty-one (21) days of receiving the order. Please include pictures of the damaged items and if you’d prefer a refund or a replacement.

Additional Information:

• Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to process once the product is received by our warehouse.
• Returns are free
• Refunds will be minus the original shipping fee
